Alicia Garcia Sastre
Customer Support Engineer
Alicia studied bachelor and master of Telecommunications engineering at the Universidad Autonoma of Madrid, machine learning and artificial intelligence at Mälardalens högskola in Västerås (Sweden) and Master in Professional Development at Universidad of Alcala in Madrid.
She has worked at Airbus, and, since 2015 at Cisco, as a Customer Support Engineer in cybersecurity Customer eXperience team, and also in DSX data science team. She has organised and delivered trainings in machine learning, within Cisco and externally, as well as contributed in several projects on the same field.
When not using the computer, Alicia enjoys painting, travelling and reading.
