Monika Ambrozowicz is the Board Secretary of RightsTech Women, a Swiss NGO that aims to advance the human rights of women and girls in STEM, where she is responsible for communications and marketing. Among other projects, she has co-organized several editions of 'Programming, robotics and rights for girls', free workshops in Geneva that aim to increase girls' interest in science and technology. The events have got support from CERN, the City of Geneva, the Delegation of the European Union to the UN, HEPIA and more organizations. She had the honor to present RightsTech Women and its work at the United Nations Office in Geneva.Soon after moving from Poland to France, 2 kilometers from the Swiss border, she co-organized Rails Girls Geneva and started a local chapter of Geek Girls Carrots, which brings together local and expat women from this international city. Now, the Geek Girls Carrots Geneva community has over 700 members, the team organized several meetups and workshops and hosted speakers working at CERN, ITU, EPFL Extension School, Wikimedia CH and other companies and organizations.Having graduated in Polish Studies and Editing and worked with tech companies (Brainly, Synerise) as a digital marketing specialist and community manager, she believes that technology and humanities have lots in common. At Brainy Bees, she supports SaaS, tech and B2B companies in content marketing and PR.
