Network Telecommunications Manager
Sarah is currently the Service Manager for Telecom Expense Management in the Networks & Voice function within Citi Technology Infrastructure. In this capacity, Sarah manages Telecom Services globally across Citi, this includes telecom strategy and vendor support for our largest suppliers with oversight of 100+ telecom vendors reviewing service level agreements, incident failure rates and service improvement plans.
Sarah also supports the Institutional Client Group (ICG) business, predominately Capital Markets, across all their client and exchange connectivity platforms specializing on transport, colocation capabilities and optimization efforts working closely with the businesses and application development teams.
Prior to this role, Sarah was a part of the Infrastructure Planning team where she was responsible for the global infrastructure estate and solutions for telecom services. In 2012, Sarah completed a secondment with the ICG Infrastructure Service Delivery team, that saw Sarah lead an initiative to improve expense transparency of the Capital Markets Exchange and Business to Business (B2B) connectivity, which contributed to improvements in internal client satisfaction of technology infrastructure services.
Sarah has held various management positions across her extensive 19 year career at Citi, including leading the Europe, Middle East and Africa Change Management team to drive service improvement and the reduction of unplanned and unauthorized changes. Prior to joining Citi in 2000, Sarah worked in IT recruitment.
