Aleksandra Sroka-Krzyżak has been Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff at Allegro since July 2021. Her role is laying out Allegro’s long-term strategy and coordinating the implementation. Before joining Allegro she was Head of Strategy at PKO Bank Polski, where she created and implemented the lender’s digitization strategy "PKO Banking Platform" and was also a member of the PKO Corporate Venture Capital Fund. Before PKO, Aleksandra was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she handled projects in the financial and insurance sector related to digital transformation, open banking, innovation strategies, including cooperation with Fintechs, improvement of efficiency and M&A processes. She managed multiple projects abroad and worked for the BCG offices in New York and Milan. She is a graduate of the Finance faculty at the University of Economics in Wroclaw, and she also studied Financial and Mathematical Analysis at the Malardalen University in Sweden.
