Director of Reporting and Sales Settlements


I am a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2002, I graduated from the Master's degree in Lighting Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. I have been working at Orange Polska for over 20 years. Currently, I manage a team of 65 people (full-time and outsource employees). I am responsible for management reporting of key KPI's of the Consumer Market, operational reporting of the entire B2C sales network (all sales channels such as Active Sales D2D, Shops, Outbound, Online, Inbound, Digital Assistance), reporting campaigns and competitions and providing reports for monitoring sales processes. I am also responsible for settling the commission of Orange Polska Agents for the B2C and B2B market, settlements of external companies such as Orange Energia, settlements of external partners (including content settlements, nc +, HBO, insurance services, Orange Smart Care) and settlements of KPI's goods in the agency and own network - the value of settlements at the level of PLN 1 mld. per year (30 commission models, 300 agents and 150 External Partners). I am a business owner of reporting and commission systems and I cooperate with IT / BI in the field of their development and maintenance. My duties also include managing the OPEX / CAPEX budget, conducting and supporting projects in the field of database and data source development, securing reporting and commission requirements in corporate and TTM projects. I support and cooperate with the areas of Controlling, Finance, Consumer and Business Market Marketing, Sales, Business Insights and Customer Value Management. My greatest achievements are the consolidation and optimization of reporting units operating in channels, regions and companies (TP SA/ PTK Centertel, Contact Center, Save Desk at Orange Customer Services) in one area of ​​B2C - Reporting and Sales Settlements and transformation of the area by reallocating developer competences to the IT/BI with the development of the principles of effective cooperation in the implementation of reporting and commission requirements. Together with the team, I evangelize the organization and successfully implement modern reporting and analytical tools in the Consumer Market, such as Tableau, PowerBI, SAS Viya.
