VP Talent, TomTom, TomTom
As TomTom’s VP Talent, Anna is responsible for the design, implementation and effectiveness of process and programmes in support of TomTom’s talent strategy. She is equally responsible for all qualitative aspects of TomTom’s talent attraction, development and retention practices, aiming to identify and work with ‘the right people’, leading to a diverse and balanced workforce that is highly engaged with the company and its activities.
Anna’s career at TomTom is emblematic of the company’s approach to fast-tracking people development. After joining TomTom in 2008, she initially held advisory and business partnership positions, moving in 2014 into HR team management and directorship roles. Whilst on maternity leave, in January 2018 Anna was promoted to VP Talent.
Her impact is directly tied to her ability to take a pragmatic and creative approach to delivering a talent roadmap which stands out from the competition and creates value for empoyees, in view of fast-moving organisational needs, internal dynamics, and the competitive environment.
Prior to TomTom, Anna’s perspective on HR and organisational effectiveness was developed through 10 years of experience in the field. She spent 7 years with Inca Digital, a spin-off from Cambridge Consultants, before joining TomTom.
