Ewa Gałecka

A specialist in corporate communications and PR, with over 20 years of experience in communications, promotion and marketing departments. She has been involved in the energy industry for a decade, where she actively works to increase the representation of women. Initiator of the Polish edition of the ‘Women's Energy in Transition’ programme, which supports female students and graduates of technical fields starting their careers in the energy sector.

She currently serves as Head of Communications and PR at the Dalkia Polska Group, part of the French energy group EDF.

She began her professional career in the publishing industry at the Bellona and Zwierciadło publishing houses. For eight years, she co-created the prestigious Historical Book Fair in Warsaw as part of the History and Culture Foundation. She also worked as an editor of a cultural press review for diplomatic missions, a French translator and a language teacher in foreign language schools.

She is a graduate of French philology at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in comparative literature at the Sorbonne University in Paris, and postgraduate studies in Corporate Communication at the University of Warsaw.
