Magdalena Kamińska

Magdalena Kamińska - acting President of the Management Board, Energa S.A.

She joined the Energa Group in 2011, beginning her career in the energy sector at the operational level in finance. She subsequently progressed through managerial and director roles within the Finance Department of Energa S.A. In July 2024, she became Vice President of the Management Board of Energa Wytwarzanie S.A., a company responsible for renewable energy generation, and since February 2025 she has served as Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at Energa S.A. Her extensive experience across multiple levels of the organization provides her with a broad strategic perspective and a strong foundation for effective leadership, as well as team and process management.

She has been actively involved in major investment initiatives, financing projects for the Energa Group, and the integration process with the ORLEN Group.

She is also a member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association.

She began her professional career in 2007 at the international auditing firms EY and Deloitte. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.
