We will kick-off this session with an honest conversation between three women from different backgrounds. Urszula Chwiecko (HR at Visa), Katarzyna Wielgosz (Software Engineering Director at Visa) and our special quest Weronika Wojnarowska (Head of Marketing at Girls Future Ready Foundation) will share their career stories, lessons learned, and personal reflections on what it takes to thrive in the future of work.
