In November 2025 we released our AI Assistant for the first Allegro users. In this talk, I’ll share how we worked on it, what guided us, and how we're using insights from customers. Most importantly, though, I'll talk about who uses the AI Assistant the most, how they do it, and what they’re searching for. Let’s look together at what it all means in the context of global trends and future development.
