AI can now write, code, analyze data, create presentations and support decision making. If almost everyone has access to these tools, where does real advantage come from? This talk explores why, in the age of widely available artificial intelligence, the most important tech skill may no longer be only technical expertise. It may increasingly depend on the ability to ask the right questions, critically evaluate AI outputs and understand the context in which technology is supposed to create value. We will discuss how the meaning of expertise is changing, why simply using AI tools is not enough and how to build skills that remain valuable despite constant technological change. This session is for people who want to develop their professional advantage consciously in a world where AI becomes part of everyday work, while human judgment, responsibility and the ability to connect different perspectives become more important than ever.
