This 70-minute session explores the emerging global framework of organisational risk culture across information and cyber security. Through open and constructive discussion, you will deepen your understanding of how cyber risk culture is identified, embedded, and measured as a core pillar of organisational resilience. The session will further examine the duality of people as both the weakest link and the strongest line of defence, alongside the ways AI may enhance or disrupt secure behaviours. Using case studies, you will reflect on the role of senior executives in shaping and sustaining cyber culture, particularly in support of risk mitigation and prevention. Ultimately, the session is designed to leave you with a clearer understanding of the role you can play in upholding secure cyber practices beyond the technical landscape. No prior experience in tech required, only curiosity and conversation.
