The year 2025 was a time when our activities - from education and development programs to social initiatives and advocacy — translated into a real impact on shaping the future of education, technology, and equality in Poland. We launched entirely new initiatives (some of them addressed not only to girls, but also to boys - such as NEXT Engineers), as well as the Level Up Academy and the European Women Leaders Forum.
In 2026, we are entering with a large-scale program supporting 60,000 young people in their transition to the labor market: “DREAMS into JOBS”, alongside entirely new initiatives in Uzbekistan. Thank you for being part of this change!
In 2025, our scholarship programs, mentoring initiatives, and training for children and teachers had a tangible impact on increasing equality and diversity in the STEM sector. We not only supported the individual development of young talents, but also inspired the next generation to take responsibility for society, the planet, and the future of technology.

Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit is today the most recognizable and international initiative of the Perspektywy Education Foundation and one of the largest conferences dedicated to women in technology and science in Europe. Since its first edition in 2018, the Summit has evolved from a community-driven event into a large-scale, global platform for collaboration between science, business, public administration, and the innovation sector. By 2025 — the 7th edition of the event — the Summit had gathered a total of approximately 50,000 participants from over 100 countries, becoming one of the key fixtures in the global technology events calendar.
The Summit program covers a broad spectrum of topics: digital technologies, engineering, hard sciences, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, quantum technologies, energy, heavy industry, medtech, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the responsible and ethical development of innovation. What distinguishes the event is its consistent combination of showcasing breakthrough technologies with reflection on their social impact, diversity, inclusion, and mental well-being. The Summit serves not only as an industry, networking, and recruitment event, but also as a space for strategic debate and real influence. It is accompanied by international meetings of women and men leaders in science and technology, presentations of the Foundation’s research and reports, mentoring and grant programs, as well as initiatives supporting Poland’s internationalization as a technology hub (such as a grant program for 400 talented female STEM students from Eastern Partnership countries and Central Asia).
Thanks to its scale, continuity, and international character, the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit has become one of the key tools for increasing the visibility of women in science and technology and for connecting global talent with real career, leadership, and impact pathways. At the same time, it strengthens the position of Warsaw and Poland as an important reference point in the global debate on the future of technology, demonstrating that diversity and women’s leadership are the foundations of innovation and competitiveness in the 21st century.
After 20 years of activity, the Perspektywy Education Foundation is an organization with a well-established position, a high level of public trust, and documented systemic impact. The anniversary closes one chapter of its work while simultaneously opening another - focused on the quality of education, internationalization, future competencies, and strengthening the role of women in science and technology in Poland and beyond.
