Aleksandra Woźniak – Strategic HR Consultant, educator, and soft skills trainer. She helps organizations build healthy, inclusive, multigenerational workplace cultures. Aleksandra is also the host of the Trening Upadania (Falling Training) podcast, where she explores the topics of failure and the search for personal meaning.
As a certified soft skills trainer specializing in positive psychology, she acts as a lecturer and mentor for numerous youth development programs. She is affiliated with WSB Merito University in Warsaw, where she coordinates the capstone project for the MBA program. Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board of the European Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (entre).
Her professional portfolio includes collaborations with leading brands such as Kompania Piwowarska, Carolina Medical Center (LuxMed Group), mBank, and Philips Poland. On the academic and entrepreneurial front, she has worked with the University of Warsaw Incubator, WSB Merito University in Warsaw, the PFR School of Pioneers, and SWPS University (the Spread Your Wings project).
