Małgorzata Pałka - Jarema - legal counsel and founder of LPJ Lawyers, specializing in technology law, with a focus on software licensing, AI governance, and enterprise digital infrastructure. She advises organizations on acquiring, implementing, and managing complex software environments,  from on-premise systems to cloud platforms and AI-powered tools.
She drafts and negotiates IT and licensing agreements, represents clients in vendor audits, and develops internal governance frameworks for software asset management. She lectures at Kozminski University.
