Adelina Zielińska is a Research Operations Manager at JetBrains, where she enables high-quality, scalable user experience and product research across teams. With over three years of experience in UX research and tech, she supports research by building and maintaining the processes and tools that help teams run studies efficiently, compliantly, and impactfully. Before moving into tech, Adelina earned an MS in Psychology from City St. George’s, University of London and has since worked in a wide variety of fields including operations, marketing, and academia. Driven by a love of problem-solving and helping others succeed, she’s passionate about democratizing research so insights can meaningfully inform product decisions.
