Anna Szewczyk is Honeywell Engineering Director and Site Leader in Krakow, as well as a passionate STEM advocate and mentor dedicated to inspiring the next generation of technologists. She actively supports diversity and inclusion in engineering through her involvement with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), EngineerGirl, and internal Honeywell initiatives.
With a strategic, results‑driven mindset, Anna focuses on delivering customer impact while building and leading high‑performing, multicultural engineering teams. She is especially passionate about developing talent, mentoring early‑career engineers, and creating inclusive environments where innovation can thrive. Outside of work, Anna enjoys traveling and snowboarding.
