Joanna is a graduate of Marketing and Management at the Academy of Physical Education and completed postgraduate studies in LiderShe at Koźminski Academy. She also holds an AML diploma from the International Compliance Association in cooperation with the University of Manchester. Joanna is an EMCC‑certified mentor, crisis consultant, and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I).
She joined ING Hubs in 2021 and currently serves as the Global Remediation Execution Lead in FCFP Risk Control Remediation. She manages functional teams in Slovakia and the Philippines and acts as the Area Lead for Remediations in PL HUBs.
With over 17 years of financial‑sector experience, including roles at Citibank in Remediation, Screening, Transactions Monitoring and Funds Reconciliation, she is known for strong communication skills, partnership‑building, and early adoption of Agile WoW. Joanna is active in multiple professional networks and mentoring programmes and is a co‑author of the book Formuła Wygrywania. Outside of work, she values time with her family and finds joy in self‑development and meaningful collaboration.
