Agnieszka Boulcott

Agnieszka Boulcott is a Neurodivergent Director, EMCC‑certified Mentor and Leader of the Support Disability and Neurodiversity Employees Group. She is dedicated to building a neuroinclusive environment and raising awareness that empowers people to bring their full selves to work. With extensive experience in leadership, team management and organisational initiatives, Agnieszka helps create conditions where individuals can thrive. Mentoring plays a central role in her work, allowing her to combine her background in leadership, training and neurodiversity advocacy. She finds it deeply rewarding to support others in discovering their strengths, building confidence and shaping their own development path. Agnieszka’s mission is to ensure that every person has the opportunity, understanding and support they need to reach their full potential.
