Ela discovered her interest in conducting quantitative market research during her studies at the Sociology Department of the University of Warsaw, and since then she has been developing her career in this field.
A market research agency was a natural choice for her first job. She started with the basics as a tele-interviewer, progressed to interviewer coordinator, assistant in a quantitative research team, project manager, senior project manager, and team leader.
She worked at four companies, providing high‑quality insights to clients across various sectors, eg. FMCG, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, finance, and a unique multi‑category client such as 3M.
8 years ago, Elżbieta joined 3M Market Insights & Intelligence. Her responsibilities expanded to larger geographical areas. She supports global teams by delivering insights that impact strategic and tactical decisions related to new product introductions, portfolio management, communication strategies.
Elżbieta is married and has two teenage sons. She is an active person involved in local and charity initiatives, practices sports, reads extensively, and runs her own brand of handmade crocheted hats and neck warmers, El Czapa.
