Agnieszka Chmiel joined Capgemini in 2004 and has since built a distinguished career across multiple business lines, including Business Services, Cloud Infrastructure, and Applications. Over the years, she has gained extensive cross-functional expertise, beginning her journey in Business Services where she played a pivotal role in managing Finance & Accounting operations. She later advanced to lead transformation and technology initiatives within the Group Contract Commercial Management (CCM).
Agnieszka is passionate about shaping future‑ready, resilient operations by combining people‑centric leadership, strong commercial acumen, and AI‑powered transformation. Her ability to navigate complex global environments is strengthened by her academic background—she holds a master’s degree in law and business administration—and her fluency in German and English.
Beyond her core role, Agnieszka is deeply engaged in Capgemini’s community initiatives. She integrates her personal interests with the company culture as the local leader of the Running Community Kraków and serves as a proud sponsor of Women@Capgemini Poland, championing inclusion, and women’s advancement in the tech industry.
