My 15+ year career in IT began on a Service Desk team, where I built a foundation in customer service and effective task management. After exploring Procurement and Configuration Management, I found my long‑term path in IT Service Management. I now serve as a Senior IT Service Management Analyst at Hitachi Vantara, working on ITIL process implementation and continual improvement, especially in Knowledge Management, Request Fulfillment, and Service Catalog Management. As a certified ServiceNow administrator, I develop catalog items, maintain knowledge articles, and coordinate communication between developers and users. I also joined an internal AI Reskilling program, helping create a Copilot tool for colleagues. Outside of work, I volunteer at an NGO, contributing to UX research and product development for an app supporting chronically ill individuals. I’ve mentored women through the Level UP! Program and enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, and lifelong learning, including completing a Master’s in Psychology.
