Patrycja, Site Head at GlobalLogic Poland, plays a key role in fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring effective communication between diverse teams and business units. She focuses on aligning engineering capabilities with emerging technologies and evolving business demand. With over 20 years of experience in project and engineering management, she has led numerous initiatives that strengthen technical competencies and support organizational growth.
Her role combines business development and operational leadership, contributing to presales activities, project delivery, and long-term client partnerships. She leads a team of 12 Competency Managers responsible for people management, improving internal resourcing efficiency, and developing large-scale programs that support the growth of technology leaders.
Patrycja successfully led a major organizational transformation to a matrix structure impacting over 800 FTEs and currently supports its rollout across Poland. She also develops Technology Communities engaging over 2,500 employees and represents GlobalLogic at major industry events across the EMEA region.
