I’m a project leader with almost 15 years at 3M, working mainly across supply chain, manufacturing operations, and cross-functional projects. In my current role within the Consumer Health Care and Personal Safety businesses, I lead complex initiatives at a manufacturing plant - from production transfers and product launches to operational improvement programs and sustainable packaging changes.
I started my career at 3M through the Graduate Development Program and spent several years in production planning, supply chain planning, and supply chain analytics. Those early roles gave me a very practical understanding of how manufacturing organizations work - and how strongly results depend on collaboration across teams.
Over time, I moved into project leadership, where I now focus on driving large initiatives that require coordination across global teams, clear structure, and a lot of stakeholder alignment.
Supporting women’s development at work is something I care deeply about. I currently serve as Chair of the Women’s Leadership Network at 3M'd manufacturing SuperHub and enjoy creating spaces where women can share experiences, support each other, and grow professionally.
