For almost 10 years now, Ewelina has been acquiring new skills in the recruitment, having worked for companies from various sectors: automotive, FMCG, pharmaceutical, medical devices, and chemical products manufactring. She joined 3M 2 years ago and has been supporting the business in identifying the best talents in France, Spain, and Portugal.
Ewelina is also a new member to Women Leadership Network, an organization internal to 3M, aiming to accelerate the inclusion and advancement of all women globally.
Ewelina studied French Philology at the University of Warsaw.
She is a happy wife, a mum to two, and a devoted subject to a cat named William. In her free time, she likes listening to geo-political podcasts, discovering new cultures, reading, spending time with her family and friends.
