Nataliya Siromakha is Vice President and Co-Head of the GlobalLogic PE-TE GDU, focusing on Private Equity and Technology. She has over 20 years of international experience in the software development industry.
She began her career at a startup developing financial planning tools for educational institutions and joined GlobalLogic 13 years ago, initially managing teams in the healthcare domain. From April 2018 to April 2023, she led the GlobalLogic office in Kharkiv, one of the top three largest R&D centers in the city, employing over 1,300 engineers working across Healthcare, Industrial, Commerce, and Technology sectors.
Currently, Nataliya co-leads the PE-TE GDU organization with more than 1,000 engineers. Based in Kraków, Poland, she is also actively involved in promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Nataliya graduated from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” with a degree in Management in 2000 and earned a master’s degree in Human Relations and Management from the National Technical University of Agriculture in 2001.
