Hollie Nielsen is a Senior Manager of Technology Business Management at Hitachi Vantara, bringing a unique blend of finance and technology experience to her role. With a degree in accounting, along with her CPA and MBA, she spent much of her career in Accounting and Finance roles before transitioning into IT four years ago. Today, she delivers impactful work through strong business partnering, continuous improvement, and helping organizations better understand the value of their technology investments. Hollie brings a practical approach to process improvement and creates an environment where people feel comfortable testing ideas, asking questions, and learning as they go. Her collaborative style and ability to build strong relationships across functions help bring people together to move work forward. Based in Colorado, she is the proud mom of 23-year-old twin daughters who are recent college graduates currently exploring Asia, and she values staying connected to her community.
