An economist &graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), she began her career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, working with distinguished diplomats including prof. Krzysztof Skubiszewski and prof. Jerzy Makarczyk.
With the start of Poland’s economic transformation in the early 1990s, she moved to private sector and joined 3M, where she has been working for over 30 years. Beginning in marketing, she held several customer-facing leadership roles responsible for business growth while building high-performing teams and promoting a culture of trust, collaboration, and inclusive leadership.
After two decades in frontline business roles, she moved to corporate marketing, human resources, business transformation, leading change initiatives impacting business & supply chain teams across EMEA. She currently works in Corporate Communications.
She actively supports People & Community Impact initiatives, focusing on advancing women in STEM. She mentors young professionals, co-founded the Polish chapter of the 3M's Women’s Network. She is engaged in social initiatives collaborating with organizations such as Fundacja Perspektywy, Inspiring Girls Polska, Uniwersytet Dzieci & Vital Voices.
