Shengnan (Sophie) Zhang leads the global Process Automation team within Tires IT at Continental AG. Together with her international team, she designs and implements automation solutions that streamline business processes and support digital transformation across the organization. Her work focuses on building scalable automation ecosystems by combining strategy, governance, and modern technologies such as Mendix, Knime, Databricks and UiPath to enable teams worldwide to work more efficiently.
Prior to her current role, Sophie established and led the Group Center of Excellence (CoE) for Mendix and Robotic Process Automation(RPA) at Continental and built global capabilities for low-code and automation platforms. Through her experience in digital platforms, analytics, and automation, she is passionate about driving meaningful digital change and empowering people to leverage technology to improve the way they work.
