Zuzanna Nosal

Zuzanna has been developing her career at 3M for eight years, starting as an intern in the R&D department and later working as a laboratory technician. She now holds the role of Senior Product Engineer in the Automotive Aftermarket Division. Her responsibilities include supporting new product development, implementing product modifications, and supporting technology transfers to the Wrocław plant. She works at the intersection of laboratory research, production processes, and international collaboration, cooperating closely with engineering teams all around the world. Zuzanna is also active in 3M Toastmasters and represents the Central East Europe Region within the 3M Tech Forum.
