My professional journey with Hitachi Vantara began in November 2011, when I started as an intern while pursuing my IT studies in the Netherlands. Driven by a desire to gain hands-on experience at a prominent international organization, I actively sought out every opportunity to learn and grow within the company. After completing my IT degrees in 2017, I transitioned into the role of IT Desktop Operation Engineer, supporting the EMEA region—including the distribution center in Zaltbommel, the Netherlands. This stage was pivotal in expanding my technical knowledge and honing my IT support skills, laying a strong foundation for my future development.
In 2022, I took on the position of Desktop Operation Manager for the EMEA region, where I now lead a dedicated team of six professionals. Together, we oversee technical support operations and ensure seamless service delivery across the region, always approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I enjoy traveling with my family, playing Padel with friends, and actively seeking new opportunities to enhance my people management abilities and stay updated on emerging technologies.
