My nearly 20-year career began in the Finance Department, where I gained hands-on experience with end-to-end financial processes in the banking sector. After this rewarding journey, I transitioned into project management and finally into a Business Analyst role.
Currently, I am a Business Operations Analyst with almost a decade of experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, optimizing business processes, and partnering with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
I specialize in translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements, intuitive user journeys, and actionable improvements across Sales Cloud and enterprise-level processes.
I enjoy solving problems, simplifying processes, and helping teams understand and adopt new tools through training sessions, demos, and hands-on support. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, swimming, and reading.
