With 20 years of IT experience, she has successfully delivered complex solutions and built global teams for companies across the energy & utilities, manufacturing, agriscience, and financial sectors. Throughout her career at renowned international IT companies like GlobalLogic and DXC Luxoft, Daria has been a passionate advocate for internal transformation and a dedicated mentor helping technical specialists to transition to global leaders roles.
Currently, she leads the Data, Analytics, and AI delivery organization for a major CPG client at Lingaro, while also driving internal AI adoption initiatives.
Daria holds a MSc in Applied Mathematics and System Analytics from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Beyond her corporate roles, her purpose-driven work includes coaching female leaders and volunteering for non-profit organizations.
