As an experienced IT Manager I focus on delivering successful business outcomes by best leveraging technology at hand. I am passionate about getting things done thru collaboration and finding common ground with all relevant stakeholders from across the organisation. Having embraced the extreme ownership approach I believe the best way to accomplish things in a team is thru common understanding of the goal and putting emphasis on transparency and honesty. My path in Stepstone started 10 years ago when I started as a Software Engineer, I always found myself helping others and coordinating projects, and after some time opportunity arose for me to take it up as a line of work - I became a Team Lead, later progressing to Engineering Manger leading multiple teams, to no Engineering Director leading multiple domains.
