I have a Master's degree in Computer Science.
My journey in tech started almost 20 years ago as a Software Engineer. Over the years, I've grown through various roles—from writing code to leading teams and eventually leading leaders.
What I care about most is creating an environment where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I focus on clarifying how we work together, keeping communication open, and making sure everyone knows their contribution matters. I've learned that leadership is less about having all the answers and more about asking the right questions and genuinely listening.
I'm still learning every day—balancing strategic priorities with being present for my teams is something I keep working on. I believe in leading with kindness and integrity, and I try to be someone others feel safe approaching, no matter the question.
