Milena is an International HR Business Partner based at the Continental Tires Headquarters in Hanover, Germany. She is responsible for the IT workforce in the central functions and drives HR‑related topics and initiatives within the global Tires IT organization. With a strong coaching background, she acts as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted partner to employees across all HR‑related topics. Guided by the purpose “Value people, create value,” Milena focuses on enabling a future-ready, adaptive, and people-centered Tires organization. She is committed to HR practices that combine efficiency, continuous development, and authentic appreciation for people.
Over more than eight years at Continental, she has gained broad international experience across local HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and global HR projects in Germany and the United States. Milena holds an M.Sc. in Management & Human Resources from Leuphana University Lüneburg and expanded her international perspective during a study term in Malta
