Joanna Kieniewicz

 Joanna brings over 12 years of experience in data and analytics. She began her career in audit and reporting, gradually shifting her focus toward harnessing the power of data, which led her into the fields of Business and Data Intelligence (B&DI). Currently, she serves as a BI Tech Lead at Lingaro, delivering BI solutions for leading FMCG clients. Her current focus is on applying AI to business intelligence and decision-making, including building a semantic layer that connects AI-driven insights with reliable BI reporting. Joanna holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
Outside of work, she is a passionate sport climber and a proud new mom.
