Patrycja is a Recruiter at Netflix, leading hiring for several engineering teams in the Warsaw hub, including Data Platform, Security Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure. She’s been closely involved in building these teams from the ground up and cares a lot about running an efficient process with a strong focus on candidate experience. She enjoys partnering with engineers and leaders to find the right people for complex roles.
Outside of work, she spends time with her dog or doing sports - she teaches pole dance and trains calisthenics.
