Marcin Hartman has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, IT infrastructure, operational monitoring and low‑code engineering. He began his career at Ericsson, where he spent a decade delivering and maintaining telecommunications services for a major operator, largely in Team Lead roles focused on business and advanced service lines.
He later joined Farmacol, one of Poland’s leading pharmaceutical distribution groups, first as Helpdesk Manager and then as Deputy IT Director, overseeing IT infrastructure supporting critical business operations.
For the past five years, Marcin has worked at ING Hubs Poland as a Chapter Lead. His scope has included infrastructure and transaction monitoring, and for the last two years he has focused on building and scaling Pega low‑code competencies in Poland. He is known for his strong focus on talent identification and building effective, future‑ready teams.
Privately, Marcin is a husband and father of two who enjoys family time, playing the guitar, mountain hiking and sailing.
