Monika Grzeczyńska is a technology leader with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, telecom operations, and transformation. As Data & AI Director at Orange Innovation Poland, she works with teams delivering AI-powered solutions that improve operations and customer experience at scale. Throughout her career, she has led complex projects, built teams, and helped turn technology into real business value.
A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology, Monika is passionate about creating space for others to grow in tech. She is an alumna of the Akademia Przywództwa Henryki Bochniarz, actively supports the Hi-Tech Girls program, and was recognized among the Top 10 Women in Engineering by Perspektywy Women in Tech in the Distinguished Engineering Leadership category. She believes mentoring, confidence, and supportive leadership can make a real difference in helping women build their path in technology.
