Daria Rudzka is a Manager – LEAP HPC Design at GE Aerospace. Daria graduated from the Military University of Technology, Faculty of  Mechatronics and Aeronautics, as a Master of Science in Engineering and post graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Project Management. Passionate with people development supporting them to unlock their individual potential and superpower. Skilled in leadership with deep focus on data science & analytics. Enthusiast in project management and finding fresh perspective by creation of diverse team. Leader of the Parent’s and Caregiver’s team and active member of the Women's Network team at GE Aerospace, which is dedicated to advancing the development and well-being of women. Her motto is a quote of Steve Jobs: "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." Happy mother of 2 children and travel enthusiast.
