Olga Igielska

With over 12 years of experience in the industry, she has built a successful career as an engineer in an international corporation (GE Aerospace), where she has honed a wide range of skills and achieved significant professional growth. Olga has had a passion for technology since early childhood, which motivated her to pursue engineering studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. Throughout her career, Olga has taken on a variety of responsibilities, including the creation of long-term shop visit forecasts for the largest jet engine fleet (CFM56), the support of field investigation projects and the conducting of performance analyses. In addition to her technical expertise, Olga is committed to supporting the development of younger employees. She serves as a mentor and is an active member of the Women's Network team at GE Aerospace. In 2024, she was recognized in the prestigious "TOP 100 Women in Data Science" ranking by Perspektywy WITS. Privately, Olga is a mother of two boys, a role that has continually refined her logistical and time-management skills as she successfully balances her professional and personal life.
