Matylda Kowalska

I am Matylda Kowalska, a Product Definition Engineer in the aerospace industry. For almost three years, I have been developing my career in aviation, currently focusing on the cold section of aircraft engines. In my daily work, I create 3D models and technical drawings and define them in accordance with ASME standards.
I have experience working in an international environment and leading my own larger projects, which has helped me grow both my technical skills and my ability to organize and drive work forward.
As a mentor at the beginning of my own career, I want to support young people who are just starting out in tech. I would like to help them take their first steps more confidently, better understand what engineering work really looks like, and build self-confidence at the start of their professional journey.
