Łukasz Lesiuk is a Learning&Development Leader with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate learning, talent development, and psychotherapy. He currently serves as L&D Lead in a global technology company, where he is responsible for shaping and delivering employee development strategy at scale.
Throughout his career, Łukasz has worked with organizations such as Capgemini, Electrolux, designing and leading development programs for leaders, managers, and diverse talent populations. His work bridges evidence‑based psychology with real‑world business challenges, helping individuals and organizations build sustainable capability, resilience, and growth mindset.
He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from SWPS University and has completed multiple professional training programs in coaching, facilitation, and psychotherapy. He is particularly passionate about inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and creating development environments where people can thrive-regardless of background or role.
