Agata Wiśniewska

Agata Wiśniewska is a Staff Engineer at GE Aerospace and holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She has gained experience across a range of industrial and technology-driven environments. Her career began in a start-up setting, where she worked on HMI product design and analytical problem-solving. This engineering foundation continues to shape her approach to complex technical and organizational challenges. Over time, she expanded her experience by joining the corporate environment, where her interest in project management, digital technologies, and lean methodology emerged. Agata is known for her ability to adapt to changing business environments and translate technical knowledge into practical solutions across teams and disciplines. She believes that effective engineering leadership requires both technical expertise and an understanding of human behavior, drawing inspiration from psychology and neuroscience. She is also a volunteer in the Next Engineers program, supporting initiatives that encourage young people to explore engineering careers
