Anna has nearly 20 years of experience in technical environments, beginning in Oil & Gas and later within Aerospace business, where she has held multiple technical and management roles. Across these positions, she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, managed critical programs and supported the introduction of new products and processes into production environments.
She currently serves as a Subsection Manager in the Systems organization at GE Aerospace managing the team and driving execution of key program initiatives and investigations which support the flying fleet.
In addition to Anna’s core responsibilities, she is actively involved in developing the next generation of engineers by leading the Next Engineers program owned by GE Aerospace, helping young people pursue engineering education and careers.
