I’ve been working with ISO standards for over 13 years.
I support teams and departments in finding a common language and managing risk and business continuity in a practical, business‑friendly way.
I gained my first experience working for an accredited certification body, and later—out of curiosity—moved to “the other side of the table” to see what it’s really like to implement the assumptions of “perfect” management systems in real‑life organizations.
For the past five years, I’ve been professionally associated with Equinix, where I hold the role of Security & Compliance Manager. I make sure that four data centers in Warsaw operate in line with customer requirements, certified management system standards, and Poland’s constantly evolving legal regulations.
I am a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, as well as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
