I’ve been involved in technology and media for nearly 20 years, but my career path proves that in IT, the only constant is change, and a background in the humanities can be a powerful asset in a world of engineers. Currently, as a Technical Product Manager at Allegro, I manage several complex products that require both technical precision and a much broader business vision. I specialize in identifying dependencies, defining success using hard data (KPIs), and fostering harmonious collaboration between stakeholders and technology.
I built my experience over 16 years at the RASP Group, progressing from “mastering the written word” and editing the homepage of Poland’s largest portal, through managing the games section, to the role of Product Manager in the e-commerce sector. Today, I want to show that an analytical mind does not preclude humanistic sensitivity; in fact, it helps in better understanding customer needs. What’s more, precise communication and a clear definition of needs are now invaluable when working with various AI models.
