Aga Kozak is a journalist, writer, and educator working at the intersection of culture, psychology, and contemporary relationships. She holds degrees in cultural studies, media studies, and film studies, and has studied at institutions including Jagiellonian University, Middlesex University London, and New York University.
She writes for leading Polish media such as Gazeta Wyborcza and PISMO Magazine & GQ.
Aga Kozak is the co-author of Sztuka męskości, czyli jak nie być chuem* (with Paweł Goźliński), a book examining modern masculinity and emotional life.
Alongside her journalistic work, she is an experienced coach and facilitator, working with individuals, artists, and organizations. She designs and leads workshops on wellbeing, emotional intelligence, and personal agency, supporting people in navigating demanding environments and building more conscious relationships.
Her work has been recognized by Forbes Women. She is a recipient of the City of Kraków award “Dźwigacze Kultury” and the LGBT+ Diamonds Award, and was named one of the 26 women of 2026 by ELLE magazine.
Aga Kozak works internationally and lives between Kraków and Warsaw.
