Kristina Allgurén is leading a global team across Europe, Asia and North America that develops software for Ericsson’s Radio Units. With nearly 30 years of experience in large-scale product development, she has held senior roles in software engineering, portfolio management, program execution and site leadership, and led major transformations in efficiency, quality and agile ways of working. She holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University.
She is passionate about technology driven transformation, inclusive leadership, and building high-performing teams; she is also championing the responsible adoption of AI to transform ways of working, boost team productivity and decision-making, and accelerate product development and engineering innovation.
